I am running a Trooper and have been flipping between Operative-Lethality and Scoundrel-Ruffian. Both loadouts, gear, and abilities are identical, aside from both main and offhand weapons. 1- No. operative healing is harder to learn, but rewards you with crazy good AOE healing. It's single target burst is lacking, but it's a trade off that's worth it. 2- Lethality, being a dot spec, has strong AOE with its Toxic Haze+ dot spread, and it's AOE gets even stronger with the AOE tactical.I main lethality, cause con is too strong for me to enjoy.
